Deposit to reserve a whole lamb at the next available harvest (March 5, 2025). I typically harvest twice annually. Once in early December for lighter, leaner Christmas lambs, and again in early summer for larger, more marbled lambs. All 100% grass fed.
They’ve been selling out each harvest, so it’s a good idea to make your reservation as soon as you know, so you can get your lamb reserved.
